1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
8 slices french bread
8 slices cheddar cheese
2 cups slow cooker pork
2 large avocados
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced

4. Korean Style Grilled Cheese

1 lb of flank steak, cut thinly
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1 tbsp dark sesame oil
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 small onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped

Generous pinch of cracked black pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 tbsp canola oil
2 slices Italian bread

This sandwich takes a little while to prepare, because you have to start out by making the Korean beef. But it’s definitely worth it! First off, process the onion, garlic, and ginger until they’re a fine paste. Then add the paste to the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, black pepper and chili flakes and stir. Add in the flank steak and marinate from 1-4 hours. You’ll end up with a lot of beef, but it’s great in other recipes, like lettuce wraps or just on a regular sandwich!

Next heat some oil in a skillet and add strips of your marinated beef and cook through. Butter each side of the bread and layer the harvati cheese, the cooked beef, the kim chi, ending with the cheddar cheese slices and a second buttered slice of bread. Grill up and enjoy!

1 everything bagel
1 handful of baby heirloom tomatoes, sliced in half
2 pads of salted butter
1 tsp of fresh thyme
2 heaping tbs of cream cheese

Grilled cheese for breakfast! First, cut your bagel in half and place it flat side down. Then use a serrated grapefuit spoon to hollow out the top and the bottom of the bagel. Next fill in the hollowed part of both halves with cream cheese and layer your sliced tomatoes on top on one half of the bagel. On the other half, sprinkle thyme on top of the cream cheese. Smoosh the two halves together, melt butter in a pan over medium heat and grill.

8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced

Then slice your English muffins in half and melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a pan before placing the muffins in the pan, inside down. Allow your muffins to crisp for about 2-4 minutes before taking them out of the pan, adding more butter and browning the tops of the muffins. Then set them aside.

Next, take the muffin bottoms and place them in a baking pan before layering them with one slice Colby Jack cheese, some tortilla chips, black beans, chopped green onion, sliced olives, a few jalapeños, some salsa, some nacho cheese, and a second slice of Colby Jack cheese. 6 to 8 asparagus spears
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 oz ricotta cheese
4 oz grated mozzarella
1 oz grated parmesan
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
1 tablespoon finely chopped basil

1 teaspoon finely chopped capers

  • 2.5 lb chuck roast
  • 1 box Kraft Recipe Makers Hickory BBQ Beef
  • 1 recipe macaroni and cheese
  • Sourdough bread
  • Butter

This is another recipe that takes awhile to prepare, but it’s definitely worth it! First you need to make your roast, which is super easy. Just throw the roast in the slowcooker and top with the Simmer Sauce from your Kraft Recipe Makers box. Cook it on high for 6-8 hours. After it’s cooked shredded the meet and drain all but 1/3 of the liquid from the slowcooker before returning the roast to the slowcooker and stirring in some BBQ sauce so all the meat is coated. Cook on low for another 30 minutes.

Next, butter your bread before topping it with a slice of cheese, a spoonful of your shredded beef, another slice of cheese, a scoop of macaroni and cheese, and a third slice of cheddar cheese. Close up the sandwich and grill until both sides are golden brown.
